Matt Walton

Matt is a prominent leader with over 40 years of experience in Air Transportation, Crisis Management and Emergency Services. As Vice President, Americas at Kenyon Emergency Services, he shapes the organization's strategy in the region, coordinating with clients, governments and stakeholders in disaster response and humanitarian efforts.

Before his current role at Kenyon, Matt was a pivotal figure at Southwest Airlines, where he led the establishment of a new Global Sales Organization aimed at the largest Fortune 100 clients. His strategic vision was to double the company's global revenue by 2026. Preceding his tenure at Southwest, he was instrumental in driving revenue growth. His foundational experience at American Airlines Inc. led to key revenue and strategic technology improvements.

Matt's dedication to service is marked by his time as an Information Systems Security Officer in the US Army and Army National Guard, earning him a series of awards, including the Army Achievement Medal and Meritorious Service Medal.

He has an International MBA from Durham University and a B.A. in Business and Finance, underpinning his expertise in his field. Matt is recognized for his commitment to excellence, innovative leadership and ability to manage complex business scenarios.
