I hope all is well with you! It’s September already, amazing how quickly this year is flying by!
When you joined Kenyon, you knew how meaningful our services are to those affected by tragedy. What you probably did not realise is that the actions we take when supporting our families during an incident are not always forgotten. The care and compassion we rely on to help those in need is significant to them for many years.
I want to share with you a remarkably heart-warming letter Kenyon received from a family member of one of the victims from TWA flight 800, which emphasises the extraordinary importance of our services.
Flight 800 crashed into the Atlantic Ocean on 17 July 1996, 12 minutes after taking off from John F. Kennedy airport in New York. All 230 souls onboard perished.
Kenyon was activated and supported this incident in several arenas.
Fast forward to 11 July 2021, 25 years after the incident. The Houston Chronicle published an article about Kenyon Chairman Robert A. Jensen, titled “The Master of Disaster”.
In response to this article, Kenyon received a letter from a family member of one of the victims of TWA flight 800. This letter is a huge testimonial to the importance of caring for the deceased and their personal effects with dignity and respect...
