Justin is a seasoned communications advisor with more than 30 years’ experience in New Zealand, Australia, and Asia. A specialist in crisis and issues management, he has advised banks, airlines, and organisations facing a range of challenges, including natural disasters and civil unrest.

During his 20 years in Asia, Justin trained country and regional directors, c-suite executives and key opinion leaders in media response and interaction. He has personally trained senior regional executives of Tesco Lotus, Diageo, IKEA, FedEx, PepsiCo, Makro, Genzyme, Electrolux, Royal DSM, Toll Group and Sanofi Pasteur.

He has also coordinated local crisis simulations in ASEAN in conjunction with global emergency response teams.
