Kenyon Operations Services is the company response arm, a single source of integrated experienced and trained specialist personnel who are actively involved in resolving the crisis. Kenyon teams are supported by proprietary and specialist data management systems, multiple deployable morgues consisting of prepackaged and Kenyon maintained state of the art of forensic equipment,
and redundant telecommunications equipment.

Kenyon Operations Teams are deployable
24 / 7 / 365 a year. Teams are completely insured carrying both liability and personal medical insurance, supported by two dedicated Kenyon
crisis management centers.

Kenyon Operations Teams are the experienced resources ready to meet the surge demands of loss of life and injury crisis. While many businesses and government have complex plans for responding to incidents, few have the dedicated resources to execute the plans.

Kenyon Operations Teams are used to augment government response teams; to bridge the gap between your business and the government; and to provide the surge capacity few businesses or governments have to deal with crisis and their long-term impact. They are designed to protect your employees from going to hostile areas, exposure to biological hazards, smells and sights most are unprepared for, and the emotional burden of dealing with unexpected, sudden and violent loss, and confrontations with upset and angry people.

Specific Kenyon Response Services:

  1. Advisory Services – a team of two or more senior experienced individuals can deploy on need to provide a sounding board and expert opinion on current operations, as well as what future actions are likely to occur. Guidance is provided based on experience at similar events.
     
  2. Disaster Recovery Services – Kenyon deploys, in coordination with local or national governments, teams of specially trained people to search for, recover,
    identify and repatriate deceased individuals and their personal property. Kenyon has deployed teams for repatriation of a single employee dying in a foreign country to several hundred staff, establishing full blown forensic morgues.
     
  3. Disaster Human Services – Kenyon deploys teams of specially trained people to help those directly impacted by a crisis, whether it is notifying family members of a loss, establishing and staffing a Family Assistance Center or Family Information Center, or assisting survivors and families through the complex process of adjusting to new normalcy.
     
  4. Kenyon International Call Center Services – a state-of-the-art facility capable of receiving 30,000 calls in a 24-hour period. It is active within 30 minutes of notification. Kenyon trained operators, using specially designed and incident tested software, collect information from families, arrange for them to travel to the incident if necessary, and provide whatever incident information is available.
     
  5. Crisis Communications Services – Kenyon deploys senior incident and business experienced communication experts to provide real time suggestions, strategy development and counsel to company senior management and corporate communications teams, helping them face families, employees, and the media by explaining the response and on-going actions.

Please note with the exception of Advisory Services; Kenyon will only deploy Operations Teams to those companies or governments with a retainer contract, known as “Kenyon Members”.
