Kenyon Consulting Services provide incident-experienced planning and training specialists who work with your personnel and organization to develop and implement common sense, real-world crisis management plans and systems. Inherent in the success of these programs are the extensive training and exercises provided. For those organizations with developed plans and systems, Kenyon conducts exercises to test and validate
those systems for real-world response.

Exclusively for its member clients, Kenyon Operations Services provide experienced, specialized personnel and equipment to respond to incidents. These services cover all critical areas of response, from recovery to memorial. Kenyon teams working independently, as part of your team, or a government team, establish and staff family support areas, telephone inquiry centers, crisis communications centers, practical facilities (morgues) and processes for the recovery, identification and return of the deceased and their property.

Kenyon’s mission is to help people and organizations survive and transition through the normal processes of shock, grief, and loss from natural disasters, accidents and deliberate attacks. While Kenyon is not in the prevention business and cannot undo an event, since 1906 we have assisted people and organizations through the phases of planning, response, recovery and mitigation for several hundred major events around
the world.
